Mobility concept for SOFTBAUWARE employees
In the middle of the year, SOFTBAUWARE was delighted to receive the "Exemplary Mobile" award from the Offenbach Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In the course of several workshops with those responsible at the IHK, SOFTBAUWARE developed a modern mobility concept that is suitable for the employee structure. The implementation of the concept is already in full swing. Among other things, the concept for SOFTBAUWARE includes a JobRad offer, the more efficient use of pool and private vehicles and an attractive employee offer for public transport. Further steps, such as the expansion of bicycle parking spaces at the Langen office, are planned for the spring.
