The ERP generates order proposals based on the information from the mobile warehouse and the comparison of future order stocks. In addition, the digitalization of the warehouse includes all processes that the goods go through after arrival. Quality recording is also available for incoming and outgoing goods. After posting, the items can be assigned a storage bin. For a better overview, any number of storage locations, plants and clients can be created. By posting items from the warehouse to production, you can see where incoming goods are located at any time. In this way, availability can be viewed and material can be reserved for production. The required labels can be loaded from the ERP and sent directly as a print job. The digitalization of delivery logistics includes detailed documentation of the goods actually loaded. Thanks to the clearly structured design, operation is intuitive and is characterized by a high level of user-friendliness. The system is available in German, English and French, but other languages can also be added. The individually adjustable font size makes it even easier to use. Thanks to the option of assigning user-related rights, the app is protected against incorrect bookings by unauthorized persons. In addition, the menu can only be accessed after entering a PIN.
The mobile warehouse can be used on all common scanners, smartphones and tablets with IOS or Android operating systems. The app is also compatible with Safari, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. The devices in the warehouses only need to be connected to a WLAN. They can be used in the internal network, via a VPN connection or over the internet.
