Distribution under uniformm brandname Construct ERP
As part of the integration of Softbauware GmbH into the enventa Group, the product names of the ERP industry solutions will be adapted. With immediate effect, they will be marketed under the enventa Construct brand, which documents the affiliation to the product ecosystem of the enventa Group.
Seven months after the transfer of Softbauware GmbH to the enventa Group, the product names are being adapted in line with the Group's naming convention. Both the industry solution for the construction supply industry ERPbos and the industry solution for the prefabricated house and timber construction industry ERPnow will be marketed under the new name enventa Construct ERP with immediate effect. enventa Construct ERP will accordingly be available in different versions. The new name emphasizes the affiliation of the ERP software products to the Group's solution portfolio.
For users of Softbauware solutions, the affiliation to the group will expand the portfolio of complementary products. These include the business intelligence solution enventa Bi and the financial accounting solution enventa Accounting.
Apart from the product name, nothing will change for existing customers and partners. The familiar functional scope of the industry solutions will remain the same. The name of the sister company's ERP software, GESYSbos, will be retained. The roadmap for the medium-term migration of GESYS users to ERPbos will also be pursued with the new product name enventa Construct ERP - as already communicated.
