SOFTBAUWARE GmbH, a member company of the enventa Group, has received official certification of GoBD compliance for its ERP system, Construct ERP (Major Release Mizar 2026). The audit was conducted by REVIDATA Unternehmensberatung GmbH.
Langen, April 13, 2026. The latest release of the Construct ERP system, Mizar 2026, has been audited by the recognized audit service provider REVIDATA for compliance with the “Principles for the Proper Maintenance and Retention of Books, Records, and Documents in Electronic Form, as well as for Data Access” (GoBD). The audit focused on the document management software implemented in Construct ERP as a standalone system.
GoBD requirements are fully met
The audit yielded a positive overall result: The implemented document management functions fully meet the requirements of the GoBD. According to the audit report dated March 10, 2026, when used properly, the system enables archiving in accordance with the principles of proper record-keeping and security. The current release of Construct ERP is therefore GoBD-compliant as a document management system and archiving solution.
The audit conducted by REVIDATA was based on IDW PS 880 (Institute of Public Auditors in Germany), the recognized standard for auditing software products with respect to generally accepted accounting principles.
