The key user training course provides the knowledge necessary to start working with the ERP system after installation. We explain the basic organizational structures in the software and show you how to create personnel and system users and assign them the necessary permissions. You will learn how to perform important configuration and administration tasks, how to retrieve necessary information from the software, and how to create initial master data.

Conditions of participation and payment for training courses/seminars
1. registration
The number of participants per training is limited to 15. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. By registering, the participant accepts these terms of participation and payment.
With the written confirmation of participation by SOFTBAUWARE, the obligation to pay the participant fee arises. With the registration, the participant acknowledges that the software provided by SOFTBAUWARE is used exclusively for training purposes.
2. training costs
The training costs cover the course fee, the use of the digital training documents, one overnight stay with breakfast and lunch on both training days. Any overnight accommodation costs for travel on the day before the event are to be borne by the seminar participant himself/herself at

3. withdrawal and cancellation
A written cancellation of the registration is possible free of charge up to two weeks before the event. Any fees already paid will be refunded. If the cancellation takes place at a later date, the participant is obliged to pay the full fee. The provision of substitute participants is possible.
4. cancellation of events by SOFTBAUWARE
SOFTBAUWARE has the right to cancel events in the event of insufficient participation or illness of the instructor. Fees already paid will be refunded in full. A possible change of lecturer does not entitle the participant
to withdraw from the contract.
5. change of venue
SOFTBAUWARE has the right to change the training location/accommodation and catering. For example, training courses may be moved from TA-TAA! to SOFTBAUWARE's main location in Langen due to a low number of participants. SOFTBAUWARE will take care of an adequate substitution regarding accommodation and catering. The training participants will be informed about the change in good time.
